Journalist : Nice to meet you, first many thanks for receiving our interview, we all know that Zhongda Joinmax has the technical research support from Sun Yat-Sen University and can you give us a brief introduction about it.
Zeng : Our company is one subordinates Zhongda holding group and founded in 1991 and has over 20 years` LED industry experience.

Journalist: Now the government has gave huge support on LED and the price of chip, disassembly and appliance has been falling consistently, there has been 20% decrease during the past seven months and many people say that this industry has faced the problem of excess capacity or overheated investment, so how would Joinmax avoid such risks?
Zeng: For a company specialized in LED like us , this industry is tended to be saturated at least in the south market. But what differentiate us from other competitors is that we have a series of manufactures and suppliers, we have our own research and development team, there is a lot of expert supporting us and we develop in collaboration and study the LED lighting, so we are still quite competitive in this field.

Journalist: There is still a lot of companies with technical background, even with Sun Yat-Sen University as background and support from many scientific experts, this is not some kind of advantage others could not compare with, so on this condition, what kinds of road and direction Joinmex has for its development.
Zeng: We develop with our reputation and quality gradually and steadily, LED industry is one industry needs efforts and experience.

Journalist: Just you`ve mentioned that the LED market in south has nearly saturated, what is the basis of this point.
Zeng: The reason for the insufficient promotion of LED in the industry is the awareness problem and many people in this field is lack of awareness and could not promote well as a result. The eleventh five year plan from the state has promoted it for a long time, but so far ,there is still few really doing LED and employ the agreement management model.

Journalist: But so far one major problem many companies specialized in LED has is the channel issue and there are many conventional industry with plenty of channels but lack of expertise and do you think there would be any possibilities for those two kinds companies to collaborate with each other.
Zeng: Yes, just like conventional light companies, they have their own channel but they could collaborate with others to optimize their technology just like for conventional lighting, the strength of halogen lamp is the color rendering index much better than our LED now so our LED has also being impacted by them, many manufacturers still prefer to use halogen lamp instead of LED lamp just because insufficient LED color rendering index.

Journalist: Could they overcome such problems？
Zeng: They could only find some substitutes and try to satisfy， if the client has good awareness of energy-saving, they would change it. But the overall effect would not be as good as halogen lamp. Just like some foreign manufactures could meet this requirement but their price is relatively expensive so not easy to promote it in China.

Journalist: The current industry is lack of standard and consumers are blind, the suppliers are numerous and jumbled, what companies could do to promote the healthy and organized development of this industry.
Zeng: What you said is right, currently there is no standard on this market and we are in the middle of chaos, but if a company could hold its value and developing direction of itself and they could build this industry and company well.

Journalist: So what is the development plan of Joinmex
Zeng: we are preparing to get listed on the stock market, just in those several years, we have already got the plan and receiving the accreditation gradually, those have already started.

Journalist: The opinion on LED market is still not exactly the same, some people think technology is useless and market is in chaos, so it is not suitable for LED promotion, but there are others saying that Heroes emerge in troubled times and it is just who is the strongest, what is the opinion of Joinmex.
Zeng: in this filed, the competition is inevitable ,the market is chaos and everyone wants to do it on their own but they may not do it well

Journalist: What kinds of attitude could do it well
Zeng: The key is that they cannot just copy these things and make it mingled, as soon as these things are integrated, the effects could be better, so Joinmax could integrate the research, design, fabrication ,manufacture and implementation together.
